Admissions
Admission of a student to Nazareth Academy
is ultimately left to the discretion of the administration. Admission
consideration will be in the following order:
- Those children of current family
members
- Those children currently enrolled
at the Nazareth Academy Pre-School
- Those children who have siblings
currently attending Nazareth Academy
- Those children whose parent(s) are
former NA or STJ students
- Those children that are Catholic
- All other applicants
A child entering 3K must be 3 years old
on or before September 1. Children entering 4K must be 4 years old on or
before September 1. To enter Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old
on or before September 1.
For the admission of new students, the
following is required:
- A birth certificate
- A Baptismal record
- An Application form
- A health and immunization record
- An interview with the Principal
- A recommendation from previous day
care/school
For students transferring from another
school, Grades 1-8, the following is required:
- A birth certificate
- A Baptismal record
- An Application form
- A health and immunization record
- An interview with the Principal
- A recommendation from previous day
care/school
- A copy of recent report card
grades and test scores
Pre-registration for the next school
year is held the first week of March each year. At this time parents
will pick up their packet of information for the next school year, pay
registration fees, and fill out their emergency information.
Registration Fee
A registration fee per student is due
at the time of registration. This fee covers central office
processing for all students, as well as maintaining all records for each
student. This fee is non-refundable.

Tuition
Nazareth Academy uses the prepaid
tuition plan, which consists of the following:
- The tuition for each student will
be paid in full by July 1.
- The school has arranged tuition
financing with a local banking institution
- The length of the note will be ten
(10) months and monthly payments will be made directly to the bank
beginning July 15 or August 1, and ending on April 15 or May 1 of
the school year.
- All parents automatically qualify
for the loan. The bank will not perform any credit checks.
- Loan applications are completed at
the time of registration. The bank mails the loan directly to you
for signing.
- If a student withdraws prior to
completing the school year, a refund will be made for those months
the student misses.
- Specific cases (academic or
financial scholarships) will be handled through the office.

Scholarship/Financial Aid
A scholarship or financial aid is
available according to family need, income, or present financial
circumstances. These funds are made possible through estates and
donations from groups and individuals.
