After a disappointing cancellation do
to hurricane Ike, the Nazareth Academy football team kicked off their
season with a hard fought 8-8 tie with Seadrift. This past Tuesday, the
Jets got their first win of the season with a convincing 36-12 victory
over the visiting Crain Comets. The live crowd got more than they
bargained for. Not only did they see a great game, the also were witness
to a great half time performance by the Nazareth Academy Cheerleaders
and Drill Team and a special treat when Sr. Mary Jean joined the
cheerleaders in a "ROWDY" cheer. Here are a few pictures from both
games.
